Building management

Strata committee
The owners corporation (previously called a ‘body corporate’) is made up of all the owners in a strata scheme. When you buy a property in a strata scheme, you automatically become part of the owners corporation.
A strata committee (previously called an ‘executive committee’) is a group of people that the owners corporation elects to help it make decisions for the scheme.
